Making sales (I like money) and helping make my customers' creative goals become creative realities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the smartest people in the music industry! I also work with a lot of people who are hard-working and self-motivated to improve constantly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like leadership is invested in the idea of making sure we like actually being here. Everyone has bad days, of course, but I rarely feel "uncomfortable" in my work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though my coach actually cares about my well-being, which of course involves my actual sales, but also my mental and physical well-being. Most of our coaching sessions involve personal growth, rather than "practical/tactical" sales coaching.
