Solving new problems and fixing broken processes. Helping the people around me win.
Everyone seems to want to help each other. No one on my team seems frustrated when someone asks for help. Lots of proactive people who help keep the work environment very friendly.
Managers seek to help people succeed. They are in the trenches helping us, making things better and watching out for pitfalls we might have. It feels like most management in other departments is like that too.
I'm happy with my pay, but also happy with the secondary benefits that I get. Things like a free onsite doctor that I can bring my kids to, a free gym onsite with free physical trainer, discounts on the in-house coffee, free counselling, and more. We still get decent retirement and healthcare too.
Sweetwater is growing so fast and I think the leadership does a good job of keeping up, while still not running us ragged. My direct manager up through the C level exec over our department all seem to help take care of us and work with us. I don't feel like they are task masters, but teammates.
