The camaraderie, along with our different management styles balance our team, allowing us to compare and discuss situations to help determine the best way to proceed with solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Beyond my personal compensation, the compensation for the different team members is what I feel like should be "better" and beyond that of "industry standard" to retain and maintain a healthy staff.
