Sweetwater is a great company to work for if you are looking for an ongoing challenge. Luckily for me, that is the kind of environment I seek. It's a very fast-paced environment that changes quickly. You need to be adaptive here. If you really want to carve out your own path, the opportunity exists.

One of the best things about my team is how extremely smart everyone is.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom and flexibility, however, I think my department could work on the flexibility allowed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know that if there is ever a fire situation, there are many people I can call who would do whatever they could to help out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a part of leadership myself, and after working with the company for the better part of my working career after college, I can truly say that leadership only wants the best for their employees, and for employees to strive for the best for themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the individuals on the team I work with make more than I do and there is no pay transparency at Sweetwater. Lack of transparency allows for less accountability in terms of making sure everyone is equally and fairly compensated and that there are not pay gaps and missed opportunities.
