My experience at Sweetwater has overall been positive and I find my job very fulfilling and meaningful. I will say that in order to succeed here you need to be willing and capable of thriving in an extremely fast-paced and chaotic environment. But I do it everyday because I believe it's worth it.

I like that they have all been at Sweetwater for a long time, which says a lot. I truly believe they care about doing the right thing and growing the company.
