What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sweetwater is a corporation without the corporate feel. Management will take time to listen to employees and help to ensure their needs are addressed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing the growth of my team. I take a lot of pride in helping to develop my team and seeing their individual growth is so rewarding. When I have an employee get a promotion, it makes me feel like I am doing my job right
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a new management position last spring and stated the compensation that I would like to make. I know it will be a process to get there. I haven't gotten there just quite yet, but I would like to be closer to the number at some point soon.
