Make decisions based on actually "Doing the right thing" instead of over correcting from past mistakes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are many smart, driven, and hard working people that I absolutely love working with. My favorite boss I've ever had is one of my current bosses as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That's a long answer to a short question, but it requires trust first and foremost. There are folks working half as hard as myself and getting paid more. I'm grateful for what I have, but that's something that should be looked at more closely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the heart of most everyone we hire is truly in the right place. Most are honest and have integrity and want to do the right thing. Quickly growing companies and departments that are stressed tend to change how, when, and why people are hired though...
