What do you like best about the leadership team?
A company's all-important culture is a trickle-down affair..it starts at the very top and can't be "fixed" halfway down. It also can't be faked. Sweetwater's exceptional culture is the reason why I asked for a job here.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I either get stopped in the building by a customer (or get a phone call or email) letting me know that a video or article I was involved in helped them make a purchase decision they're happy with. File under "priceless." Ditto positive feedback regarding an interview or lesson video I've done.
