My overall experience has been great, with the growth of the company year after year, each year brings new challenges and tasks and it's never a dull moment. Since starting at Sweetwater I have never once dreaded coming to work and not everyone is lucky enough to say that about their job.

Even though this company is large we feel like a little family in our department.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everything runs smoothly, or we have a really good productive meeting, or when someone on my team excels at a task.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always something going on, lunch&learn, LIve at lunch, spirit week, GearFest, Music Playing, there is always a hustle and bustle in the building.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare hasn't gone up in the past few years even though rates overall go up, Sweetwater does what they can so our individual rates aren't increased. I SO appreciate that!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How everyone drives toward the same goal and relays what that goal should always be. They provide opportunity to learn, grow and be the best you can be within the company.
