We genuinely care about one another as people. We ask each other questions because we genuinely want to know how one another is doing.

The camaraderie is truly something unique. I genuinely look forward to coming into work to update my coworkers on things going on in my personal life. I also greatly enjoy that I can also turn to them professionally of course.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there is not a culture of intimidation or awkwardness when talking to or interacting with higher level leadership. I am able to connect with them in a personal way rather with the relationship of them as an executive for an organization.
