Sweetwater is a place I've been wanting to work at since I was a kid. Getting this opportunity made me feel like all the years of waiting to be here was worth it. That feeling still hasn't washed away, and I don't think it ever will. I feel immensely lucky to be here, and I love every day of it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about each individual's success here at Sweetwater. If you communicate the goals you have with the leadership team, they will strive to help you achieve those goals, and encourage your determined mindset along the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with my coworkers, and stepping out into the rest of the building to meet new people, or interact with people I know. It's easy to feel that working here is really fun. I look forward to that every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even being as new as I am, I feel like I was accepted into a family. There is nothing I could say about my team that doesn't put a smile on my face. They're wonderful people, professionals. I feel lucky to be working alongside them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone comes in with a smile, ready to enjoy tackling the day as a team, and individuals. There is never any tension that I've noticed, and it seems like everyone loves being here. I always hear people laughing and kind words being shared. It truly is in my definition, a healthy work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It truly feels as though Sweetwater is its own ecosystem. I love that I'm able to walk into the gym for free at any point, or stop at the diner for a snack. It feels like a gift being here, because in every way, shape and form, we are so well taken care of here.
