Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

This company has taken valuable years of my life affected my physical and mental health. Most days I feel like I should walk out the door, as I would be replaced in a week.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People look out for one another.

Camaraderie and sense of belonging

The people are always good to see and interact with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I do not feel valued or feel like I have a long term future here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

listening to employees, and constantly changing directions. people are stressed and there is no sense that there is a direction.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding information worker burn out and workload. Fair compensation for duties and job requirements. Less gaslighting about working in "the industry."

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The stress and workload are too great. I and several of my coworkers have ended up in the hospital due to stress.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That is was commensurate with experience and job duties and responsibilities. Starting wage and 3% yoy should not be a limiting factor in compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management gaslights about industry compensations vs other industries. Size and scope of work are not taken into consideration. There needs to be a realignment with what inustries are paying for the same job title and scope of work. promotions and advancement is lacking.
