That they will take time to have fun once in a while and connect on a personal level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hired in someone is getting paid more than me that has less qualifications than I do, and they said that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they let me talk about my faith. My faith has been under scrutiny for quite some time and it is nice that others will listen!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be happy with a bonus program if they were to keep my salary the same. I feel like I do more than what they pay me. My role is in general I always give 100% and am open to correction/criticism whenever it is given!
