Meeting a new customer that feels like a long-lost friend. Connecting on a deep level and extending a relationship over a long period of time in a meaningful way.

We are put in neighborhoods that treat each other like family. My hoodmates always seem willing to lend a helping hand and support me in the important work I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know who they are and have had conversations with many of them. I have been with the company for less than 6 months! They care and are accessible to me whenever I need.
