How I am compensated is based on the quality and quantity of work I complete. On top of our compensation there are a multitude of benefits that are in place to ensure we are the healthiest version of ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Sweetwater leadership team is always available to help with daily challenges presented in high volume sales. On top of their own work load, they also keep an open door policy for team members with questions and concerns. From the first day we are empowered to be the best by the best!
