I find coming from a place where I was the odd man out, being surrounded by like-minded individuals has helped my mental health, and contributed to continuing success.

I do find the best part of my compensation is the freedom to obtain it how I please. With the freedom to self police myself I'm able to truly be myself and feel like any success or failures are my own doing.
