Overall, my experience at Sweetwater has been very positive. There have been a lot of opportunities for me to grow, and I have been supported along the way. I feel our leadership takes feedback seriously and looks for ways to improve. There is a reason I am still here!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with make me very happy to come into work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are an unbelievable amount of extra benefits available to employees. From pet insurance to legal access to a free gym onsite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a real feeling of family at this company while also remaining very professional. I truly feel like the company cares about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to help our customers make their dreams come is the best part of the job, and the camaraderie with my coworkers along the way makes it extra enjoyable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team genuinely cares about doing the right thing for the customer. That is what has made Sweetwater special for so long and why I still love coming to work after all these years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team takes the time to get to know employees at all levels personally. It's cool to go into work everyday at a place where your CEO calls you by name!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes to work wanting to deliver the best experience everyday. They truly care about the work they are doing and the why they are doing it. No one on my team is just clocking in and out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sweetwater has grown into a big company but still works hard to maintain a small company feel. It's very personal but with access to resources that a large company has. There is a big emphasis on employee wellbeing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team takes the time to get to know employees at all levels individually. I love that I walk down the hallway and get addressed by name all the way up to our CEO. There has also been a strong emphasis on transparency and communication from the leadership team.
