While I have appreciated the opportunity to contribute, Ive also encountered some challenges what have made collaboration difficult at times. Ive notice a pattern of exclusion and passive aggressive behavior that has affected both communication and overall morale.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers make me the most happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still trying to figure that out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Ive notices some dynamics that make collaboration feel a bit less open and inclusive. There are constant rolling of eyes at me, passive aggression, and cliques that exclude those with melanin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company a little over a year and have consistently demonstrated dedication, strong performance, and commitment to my role. However, I have notices that others who joined after me have been promoted, and I was told it was because I didnt constantly remind them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am eager to grow in the company, and have no understanding of what steps I can take to be considered for advancement. I asked and was told to constantly remind them of what I need, but I see others that started after me get promoted. Inclusivity would be greatly appreciated and deserved.
