Im grateful for being apart of this company, however there are individuals who feel like they're being overlooked, despite their performance. They're unsatisfied because their leadership isn't serving them in growing in the company. Every roles is important, but not every role is respected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally, the insurance is a blessing!
What makes you most happy at work?
I don't think it's about happiness. I come to work to do what's necessary with whoever I interact with. Sweetwater Accommodates that, and I'm grateful! At the end of the day, we all get to go home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a corporate setting, and I have to respect all that it represents. The people who come to work, show out, AND serve those around them are the people I commemorate. Intentionality shouldn't begin and end with our customers. Shout out Dannelle Shears and Candice Black!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how informative a lot of the guys are here. I learn so much because there's a wealth of knowledge to help me. Also, the events we plan outside of work helps with the chemistry of the team. It encourages me to give where I can too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Im not sure, however, they should shift focus on positions like CSR and Concierge. The growth in those departments feel more horizontal than vertical, which can honestly bring discouragement to want to do/retain the job at all. The right question wasn't asked so I used this space to answer it.
