The best part would be that everything is covered and lots of resources are available to understand benefits and figure out what options suit me best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like the most of my coworkers are like minded and always trying to improve and serve our customers. They are all passionate about music and I always look forward to interacting with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The self improvement aspect is most positive aspect. The company and team is always trying to improve in every way possible to make it a better experience for everyone. Both for the employees and the customers. It is inspiring to see!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and also very quick to focus on pain points for employees and implement solutions. It has genuinely surprised me how quick they are to listen to feedback and immediately implement solutions or at least get the conversation going.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am most happy a few things are happening simultaneously - 1. great customer feedback/helping customers out. 2. making great commission from product solutions, and 3. I feel like I am able to accomplish all I need that day to serve all customers at a high level.
