My manager is amazing. She understands the importance of work-life balance which I really appreciate.

They are kind, and I believe that most of them truly have my best interest at heart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know that I necessarily feel undervalued at Sweetwater. I think I am valued, as a person, but I think Sweetwater is notorious for underpaying employees.
