What is the best part about your compensation package?

Aside from Health and 401k the time off balance

Benefits are good , salary is ok

Our benefits package is great and year over year it has even improve more through the voice of our employees!

The base compensation is a bit lower compared to other companies, but other benefits (e.g. healthcare plan, 401k contribution, and Stock Equities provided) makes up for the differences. Also, annual bonus payouts are generous and help close the differences in base compensations.

Great health/dental/vision insurance, annual bonus program, and leaders support of learning and development.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better 401k match and better hourly

We are sales people selling products and we get no commission. If we don't up sale we get written up but we get no bonus for the update. It's all hammer and no rewards. It's just here's a timed call they only want to make a payment but also ask them 20 mins of questions. Then,why was your call long?

Volume and level of work is greater than pay grade constantly and told that it is part of duties as assigned.

I believe the compensation should be higher
