Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the bigger the accounts you work on that support staff should get a percentage of their sales growth.

The standard rate for a raise is 3%. That does not account for the cost of inflation in the 2 main cities where we have offices. Chicago and Nashville are two very expensive cities and 3% does not nearly cover the cost of living adjustment with inflation. There should be a minimum of 6-8% raise.
