What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers have to stop thinking they are superior just because they were directly hired on the reference of manager and head of the department and actually put in the effort to understand KT given by existing employees.

Being more professional, committing to solve issues/problems, bringing ideas and apply them, being responsible with their work and not pretend like we don't have problems or that those problems are not their concern because seems that is not their department.

better collaboration tools. Maybe access to Jira, Ms. Planner, or a good collaborative tool. We all depend on someone else . easier meeting scheduling tool, timezones are an issue. more "employee virtual get togethers" that are not work related. easier way to tell what is the role & duty of a person

the people i interact with could be described as dry. im always trying to post and ask questions in our group chats and very few people interact. i get it like who cares but also the managers do very little to get a standard of basic human interaction. in fact they take away team building activity
