Sales process doesn't work. There are data issues on a daily basis. We operate more waterfall than agile. We can't make the hard decisions not to let the highest paying client dictate what we build. The goal should be client retention across the board. It's more costly to acquire new clients.

Top leadership only looks at metrics. They don't have a clue that people drive metrics. When you challenge that fact that PEOPLE hit goals, leadership can get aggressive. We have an EXTREMELY high turnover because TOP leadership treats people like they are disposable. No work life balance.

There is a lack of general software best practices. I see change coming but the lack of best practice makes the work exhausting. The support structure presents more of a hurtle than a help. People too ready to close a case instead of being curious enough to get to the root of the issue.

Office drama and bullying, favoritism, and underhanded discrimination. Better raises are needed, action needs taken on reported issues, less political judgment, more positive reinforcement, and better diversity acceptance training for local management.

At times it feels like the ops side is expected to handle most of the issues even if it's not something we are trained or qualified to do. Especially when it needs to be client facing. Doesn't feel like there is enough support from the account teams on things.
