The standard rate for a raise is 3%. That does not account for the cost of inflation in the 2 main cities where we have offices. Chicago and Nashville are two very expensive cities and 3% does not nearly cover the cost of living adjustment with inflation. There should be a minimum of 6-8% raise.

The structure in the company is unstable and taking care of labor hygiene is not enough. This can be improved by optimizing processes and better implementations.

I feel employees are stressed because of lack of resources and the. Employees are leaving the company and we are not able to backfill it. We have to reduce the pace at which we are going. Reduce no of features delivered in the monthly release.

Sales process doesn't work. There are data issues on a daily basis. We operate more waterfall than agile. We can't make the hard decisions not to let the highest paying client dictate what we build. The goal should be client retention across the board. It's more costly to acquire new clients.

Top leadership only looks at metrics. They don't have a clue that people drive metrics. When you challenge that fact that PEOPLE hit goals, leadership can get aggressive. We have an EXTREMELY high turnover because TOP leadership treats people like they are disposable. No work life balance.
