An incredibly smart team that likes problem solving together. Everyone's input is important to coming to the right solution, and a collaborative approach is taken throughout the company to address problems / issues head-on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Top of market compensation with a focus on fairness! The company as a data-oriented offer calculation with very limited capacity for negotiation - a very unique & thoughtful way to minimize/prevent unequal compensation for groups that historically are not negotiators (women, minorities).
