I think the equity compensation was generous which really makes you feel like you own the company.

I think we do a good job about having people interview for a specific trait we are looking for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a big goal and it really feels like everyone at Tally is motivated to fix the problem of debt in America.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is incredibly talents but also very humble. There are no big egos. We also have genuinely interesting people that work at Tally, not just strong on paper.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership has a clear vision for what Tally should be and are great at driving toward that vision. They also foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
