Getting to meet with the co-founders, and spending the vast majority of that time getting to know them as people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows exactly what their unique skills are and how they can contribute to the mission. Very proud of how we've created a unique but not homogeneous culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being constantly reminded that we're doing something that has never been done before, and we've achieved way more successes than obstacles, but we take each challenge positively as a team.
