What makes you most happy at work?
I always look forward to seeing and interacting with my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we're all very low ego and we continue to look for that in future/new hires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued! I think benefits could be better. Some examples: 401K match, better dental insurance, stock options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open and receptive to feedback. I think they employ our values every day, which motivates us to do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all pretty in synch with each other. They're the kind of people I like to have a drink with outside of work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a chance to have friendly non/work related conversations with those interviewing me. It made me feel more comfortable and gave me an insight on company culture.
