Everyone puts their best efforts in to make processes more efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an open office environment, which promotes transparency amongst the teams because everyone is easily accessible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership acknowledges the teams for both the biggest and smallest accomplishments. It speaks volumes to be noticed in that sense because it shows how much you are valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were more casual and personable, which made it a less stressful, anxious situation, especially in comparison to other interview processes where they stick to a firm list of questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
When you know that the work you do contributes to the success of your company, despite what role you're in. Also, the people are great - many are warm and personable.
