People are genuinely nice to each other most of the time. There are some that are fake though.

Build a culture of quality and ownership. Recognize talent and reward it even if you feel threatened by it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses have been doubled tbe last two years because of record profits, but they've taken that off the table for the next year.
