WORK LIFE BALANCE, MANAGEMENT SHOULD START AT BOTTOM SO THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOBS THEY ARE MANAGING, OTHERWISE WORKERS MANIPULATE, BETTER PAY , LESS 12 HOUR DAYS

no recognitions of work life balance and or trying to help make it happen. not paid enough.to forget about how much we work..work hard play hard should be motto, if you dont have the $ it is pointless
