Every single person is innovative and driven. They're excited to bring new ideas to the table, excited to help clients, and always go above and beyond on every project.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They take their time. They don't base their decision on your experience or who you know. They take into account who you are as a person and how you will fit into the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that we are 100% remote (even before COVID-19) and we can do our own thing. I have plenty of work to do, but it's entirely up to me on how I manage my scheudle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open, honest, and transparent. They do not micromanage and they trust their employees to do the best work. They're encouraging (in so many ways) and they are always readily available when we have questions or concerns.
