What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team lives by our core values (quality, integrity, and responsiveness) and they work within those in their decision making, delivery, hiring, and how they interact with everyone on our team.

Our leadership team eats, sleeps, and breathes our core values. Their energy feeds into our team which allows our team to deliver the best results to our clients. They support us when we need it, while holding the bar high for the standards expected to be met and are always encouraging us to grow.

They listen, they care, and they strive to ensure you're learning and growing.

This is one of the smartest groups of people I have ever worked with. Not just intellectually smart, but emotionally in tune as well. The EQ guides them to make decisions that employees want to be a part of.

They're open, honest, and transparent. They do not micromanage and they trust their employees to do the best work. They're encouraging (in so many ways) and they are always readily available when we have questions or concerns.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

"We trust you" unlimited vacation policy

We are paid fairly, have excellent benefit options, plus we are 100% remote, so we're able to set our schedules and have the flexibility to set a healthy work-life balance.

Complete work-from-home company, and they provide all you need. They match retirement contributions, health care plans are available and they pay half.

It is generous and designed with me in mind.

It's competitive, but there are also many added perks.

I feel purposeful and able to use my expertise to help our clients turn talent into performance.

I love that we are 100% remote (even before COVID-19) and we can do our own thing. I have plenty of work to do, but it's entirely up to me on how I manage my scheudle.
