Communication, training employees, not working their employees to the ground. Work load preparedness.

My supervisor at freshmarket did not appreciate my work,knowing I had over forty years experience.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could work better as a team , which was impossible to do because of poor management.
