What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's virtually non existent.. as is the training
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritizing and listening to real time feedback from their staff. Having an actual plan in place instead of being adrift with no focus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I reckon it is as good as anywhere else in our market share where I live. Aside from Pay I do not participate in any benefits or plans as I cannot afford it
