What are some of the best things about your team?
We suffer together in the job as we're understaffed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough people to give good work customer service because no one wants to work in a store that pays like crap
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wage could be liveable for how much you charge for your products, benifits are no benifit at all and third company benifet oversight is NOT helpful. Phone number to benifits not useful, can not reach HR and can not even reach payroll.
