This company has been the worst one I've worked for. You develop tougher skin than when you first came in. The managers are truly what is ruining the company. Their blatant disregard for their employees makes them not care either.

Vision and Dental Insurance, insurance overall is good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very straight forward and realistic questions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs a whole new leadership team. The managers are completely incompetent and lack obvious training. Managers are also unwilling to jump in and assist when need be. A true leader does the most to keep his team motivated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team building exercises don't exist. Always being short staffed makes it impossible for certain specialists to do their job. Ex. seafood and cheese specialist expected to do two departments. Whereas coffee/bulk and grocery specialist focus on their department.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is down in the store from always being so short staffed. One person always ends up doing the work of three people. Managers never jump in to help, they see you sinking and keep on watching. The lack of commitment is evident by the ASMs running the store.
