It's been more and more like a circus. They implemented lots of ideas that waist money and then in a 3 to 4 months it's a need procedure. When Apolo Group bought The Fresh Market and said then they keep no company more than 5 years before selling

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Let the store managers actually manage the store instead of getting micro managed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for the management in the stores. Most office personnel dream up things sitting at home that are not practical
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The whole pandemic they gave is one minimum bonus while stating that they were having a record year. Had to pay taxes on a gift card that we use to get every year first year ever paying taxes.
