The customers are delightful and always make me feel worthy. I'm there for them.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Because of how rushed every one is due to cuts in staff and hours the interview was very rushed

What makes you most happy at work?

When I help a customer find a product that they love. When a customer says its because of you that I keep coming back.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding there are so many hours in a day to get the job done. Being reasonable with what is expected. Give positive feedback more! Only negative is given to an already understaffed cut hours store!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are no meetings with managers and employees. So noone knows where they stand. There is never no feedback given. Quarterly meetings are a must for managers and individual employees to discuss the positive first then areas of improvement
