I feel undervalued because I am consistently asked to give up more of my life for the company and in return I get nothing except a worse work life balance. If I was getting a pay raise or more stock every year that actually meant something I might feel better about the situation.
Speak to one another. Treat each other like the customers with kindness.
By understanding everybody has a life and needs to understand that the work place should only be about work.

We have grown away the interview process anyone can sign up online they just have to come in for a background check. By the time they get hired they quit or just dont show up
