Taking care of our front line associates. More qualified bodys on the floors to actually help customers with their projects.

Communication, acknowledgment, participation. Leadership, compassion, fairness

Communication and fairness. No one at the store communicates even to the bare minimum to function, and especially not outside of their department.

Not my circus I just work there

We have grown away the interview process anyone can sign up online they just have to come in for a background check. By the time they get hired they quit or just dont show up

I feel like i am being targeted because i explained how David is always complaining to me about our coach michael who does not carry his weight. David says he is doing everyone elses work. It is like i dont fo snything

MORE INCINTIVE TO GET THE HOME DEPOT CARD APPLICATIONS AND THE SURVEYS DONE WITH MY CUSTOMERS LEAVING WITH A GOOD EXPERIENCE

A greater focus on departmental training.

I would like to see the raise increase go up as I know we all deserve more pay.

Our store manager care more about his people and less about how good they can make him look.

Some of the management needs to be evaluated.
