Everyone is willing to learn
The majority of my coworkers work together and we are family. Management doesnt like us talking to each other though and we get in trouble if we talk to one another
Most of them are pretty good about pitching in and doing their jobs. Even the ones who are disgruntled and don't want to be there still manage to make the best of things and have a good time.

I could be myself and talk freely and ask questions . Wasn’t rush
Once i got there for the interview i already had the job
