So far, micromanagement is killing the team. Bosses are getting paid a ton of money but the local employees are forced to be content with what is offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage Teamwork which helps employees.

My immediate supervisor does not work well with some of our bosses.

We help each other understand the situations faced and how to best solve problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of laughter and appreciation for once profession and how they communicate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is less intimidating and allows for conversation and a bit humor to lighten the mood.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work with multiples projects and get paid less than what those in the projects are making and yet their salary is more than mine.
