It was very interactive and I did not feel tensed

It is less intimidating and allows for conversation and a bit humor to lighten the mood.

Structured, slow, and thought out. Doesnt prepare you.

Straightforward with information on what to expect on a daily basis

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
