The leadership is transparent and focused on employees and employee development. All promotions ate from within.
Everyone aims for same goal and work together
The leadership onsite is extremely helpful and truly care about the employees. They are also good on holding each person accountable vs blaming everyone for issues.
They are really understanding of your life outside of work.
Employee needs and concerns not just the business needs.
Consistency. And not using favoritism and nepotism. Stop waiting until an employee is ready to quit, to fix things.
The overall package is competitive. It's rewarding to continue learning on the job which increases one's value.
Just the cost is awsome
Benefits are awful!! The health insurance is a joke.
Many of us have years and years of experience and are not compensated as such.
They promise so many things and can never fulfill those promises.
They pay very low wages. For very high stress jobs. Tack on an attendance "bonus" then try to take it away or dock it, every chance they get.
Clear and objective goals are discussed and performance is recognizes.
We do not have team meetings and rarely interact with the team
We work as a family.
We hit goal. We work together as a team and not a one on one.

The CEO is very available and listens
Everyone celebrates everyone's success and the management team is quick to stop and address negativity.
I used to love coming to work. But I know there are no advancement opportunities for me here
We try to make everything fun.
Fire the CEO. Get one who cares about his employees. a very large percentage of these employees have to get on government assistance just to survive and feed their families.
Zoom interview offered flexibility and comfort.
It moved fast and a job was offered the same day.

Weekly team meetings and more training for management as well as reps.
Management, and pay. makes it hard to be motivated about a job that's terrible, when you're getting paid terribly, and required to work extra hours with lots of pressure to get sales
