Overall very positive. I have worked at TLC for a very long time. I have been able to travel, learn new skills and grow with the company. While sometimes things aren't easy, we work through things together and fight for a common goal.

Everyone celebrates everyone's success and the management team is quick to stop and address negativity.
What makes you most happy at work?
recognition and appreciation. I enjoy being apart of a team that strives to be the best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership onsite is extremely helpful and truly care about the employees. They are also good on holding each person accountable vs blaming everyone for issues.
