ThomasARTS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am paid what I am worth and the benefits package that is offered proves that I am a valued employee.

Review from Design Dept

Currently only part time so I don't have an official package but I do have many in office benefits that I enjoy a lot.

Review from Finance Dept

Our anniversary bonuses are great

Review from Marketing Dept

pay is pretty great, the lunches and parties are a lot of fun as well.

Review from IT Dept

The great lengths that the agency goes to in order to ensure that we have needed coverage at the best prices possible. I wish that every employee understood the cost of these benefits that the agency provides so they could better understand the weight of the benefits they receive.

Review from Marketing Dept

Either lunch every day or a hybrid work schedule

Review from Communications Dept

Variety of insurance packages available

Review from Marketing Dept

The best part of TA's compensation package is the fair-market salary range.

Review from Marketing Dept

Competitive salary for the market

Review from Marketing Dept

I'm paid very well, and we get awesome perks like free lunch, parties, and phone/gym reimbursement, etc. etc.

Review from Marketing Dept

I can't really pinpoint one specific thing that I like best about my compensation package and benefits. All the benefits we receive here at TA are amazing.

Review from Engineering Dept

Lunch every day in the office

Review from Communications Dept

I like the gym pass and phone reimbursements.

Review from Marketing Dept

Allows me to feel included and part of the team and shows me that it's not all about the money and more about my value to the company.

The subsidized costs. Our benefits are truly a low cost us employees.

Review from IT Dept

Excellent health and PTO benefits. I feel like my whole family is being compensated.

Review from Marketing Dept

Paid holidays and PTO, even for interns! Also the free lunches!

Review from Marketing Dept

very competitive salary but average on PTO and a few other benefits. Some benefits are good and better than average.

The insurance! We also have free lunches every day while in office! There are free snacks and soda! Plus, there are random appreciation events. . .many times per year! I love the culture!

Review from Business Development Dept

Low cost health insurance plans and company contributions to HSA accounts.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership does not acknowledge the hard work and effort someone puts in. They reward based on the squeakiest wheel. Instead of proactively retaining their employees, they react when an employee leaves and try to get competitive.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay isn't keeping up with inflation

Review from Design Dept

I feel as though the company should adjust pay to properly compensate for inflation.

Review from Marketing Dept

I took a pay cut to come to TA. I think the pay could be a bit more competitive. But, the great culture and perks were worth it for me to come to TA.

Review from Marketing Dept

Pay should be based on the value you bring. Someone who puts in 55-60 hours and contributes at a Director level should not be making less than someone who puts in the 45 required at a Manager level. Pay between men and women at TA is not equal. It is an issue and needs to be addressed.

Review from Operations Dept

I am paid wayyy below what is industry standard!

Review from Engineering Dept

The agency's pay scales are not consistent and although the agency tries to keep people from talking compensation, word gets around about disparities.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel like promotions take too long to approve. In addition, the pay between producing positions vs. managers is to thin. There needs to be a larger pay increase for managers than the team members in which they manage.

Review from Marketing Dept

Compensation is definitely on the weaker side compared to other companies in the industry.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I was making a lot more in a comparable job. I took a huge pay cut to join TA, but I made that conscious choice because of the culture.

Review from Marketing Dept

There is someone with equal experience being paid reasonably more than me for the same job title. I was also lowballed when offered the job. I would like equal or transparent pay.

Review from Marketing Dept

Compensation is probably the one area that is really lacking, relative to competing salaries at similar agencies.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I took a pay cut to come to TA, but I am hoping that the opportunity will overcome that in time.

My compensation is over $10k lower than industry standard. I would feel better if my pay was competitive.
