TJ Maxx Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health beneifts were great, cant talk to compensation package

10% off that way i go shopping

Pay as a part timer

Health Insurance is the only advantage

Get pay in the holidays

5 weeks vacation and PTO

Review from Customer Support Dept

paid time off, even for part time employees

Works very well for employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

The party isn't the best buy they offer a lot of other benefits

Generous PTO, good bonus structure, good health/dental/etc. benefits package with multiple options.

Review from Sales Dept

Medical, dental, and vision Benefits

Health, dental, and vacation time

I dont really need it so its ideal

The bonus is a great incentive

hourly rate and time and a half

I like the legal thing and the 401k savings

Review from Customer Support Dept

The 401K program is good to have.

The medical with the dental & vision

Benefits are offered first day of work. 20 days PTO after 90 days

They offer fair wages and great benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be treated like the hard working person that I am and given my hours that I was hired to do

You do a lot and get little

A pay raise and proper training for all

New hires are making as much as i make after being there 5+ years

As a basic part time and no value for people giving just 4 hours daily and 22 maximum a week, no one can get benefits and pushing people to do what we need to do in more hours.

More frequent raises, more recognition, for the district manager to address store manager problems.

I feel undervalued because I am. I'd feel better if the pay was appropriate for the amount of work I do and if the entire days workload (returns, revovery) wasn't layed on my shoulders

Well i have a lot expirience that the only think i now have todo i was a manager for 15 year in manhattan i work for other cumpany in the pass like i said i think i am under paid

I little more would be nice

This is the most labor intensive job I’ve ever had and it pays the least I’ve made since

I have worked for my store for over 3 years, and feel like I am under paid for the skills and knowledge I have.

I have already added my comments. Someone from the very top management should have frequent meetings with the staff

Review from Customer Success Dept

Never appericated and always asked to do more.

Compensation should balance with discounts, aling with work life balance options

I was in the back of a truck block in from leaving with out climbing over boxes blocking my way to any exit! I have told my manager every day about this issue and it was never taken care of.

Review from Operations Dept

i work hard and manager say me that not enough work

Review from Sales Dept

I was told I would be payed a dollar and a half more than I am and 5 months later I still am not, and management is acting like I am inconveniencing them.

I feel very undervalued seeing that i have been very loyal to this company and a CEC over me was very rude, gaslighting, and disrespectful nothing was done about this and it costed me my job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Fair compensation for the work and working conditions expected of us and schedules reflected of the work and extra effort we give when asked to help managers fill shifts when asked.

The new girls, get 18.95 per hour. Plus, medical, dental and Vacations.
