    Culture is the current buzz word for companies. At startups it tends to be defined by perks, such as free beer, parties, and unlimited vacation. That isn't culture. Culture should be defined by our work ethic and what we want to do for our customers as well as the world at large. I think this is something we are working on and trying to create a culture that exists outside of HQ.
